HELLO FRIEND!
Feeling overwhelmed with the never-ending list of things to do to get your creative business up and running?
Struggling to secure bookings and longing to become a thriving creative business owner?
You've poured your heart and soul into your business, but the results may not be matching your efforts just yet. You deserve to see your income soar and your business flourish.
I know how you feel!
(because I have been in your shoes!)
Over ten years ago, running my stationery and paper goods business was incredibly hard. I didn’t have a clue about business. I suffered the devastating loss of my dear husband and faced losing my home due to financial hardship. I had zero money to invest in my business. And I was working a full-time low-paying job as a dental nurse. My dream of running a successful business felt impossible.
I managed to turn it all around! You can too
(without making the silly mistakes I made!)
If You Want To:
✔ Say goodbye to uncertainty and embrace a path that leads to success, paying clients who queue up to book/purchase from you - and peace of mind.
✔ Enjoy less stress and overwhelm from not knowing which task to prioritise first (they all seem urgent and important!)
✔ Finally thrive in your industry while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and time with your loved ones.
✔ Feel like you actually have a business rather than a full-time hobby that is leaving your de-motivated and stressed.
But You Don’t Want To:
✖ End up burnt out and overworked from taking on too much work than you can handle.
✖ Pay for expensive courses or coaching programs that you don't have the time for or wish to invest money in right now.
✖ Feel like you are drowning in peer advice, everyone has an opinion or a different approach.
✖ Figure it out all on your own, you feel like you have wasted enough time doing that already.
Then I am for you!
As a natural-born advocate, and because of the financial struggles I faced in the past:
I believe in high-value/low-ticket coaching. I do not charge high-ticket for any of my coaching or educational services and this is something that I am passionate about.
I also believe in showing proof of experience! Am I a little bold to assume you are the same? If so, learn more about me and Rosey & Co. here! ⬇

After working as a Dental Nurse since the tender age of sixteen I decided it was time to finally follow my dream of running my own creative business. I began selling custom wedding invitations and stationery gifts online in 2009.
I received a life-changing purchase order in 2014 from Anthropologie US that transformed my business. It took me over to New York and Philadelphia and a whole new world of possibilities was opened up to me.
Since then I have worked with over 800 clients creating bespoke stationery, branding, custom artworks and even designing luxury coffee table books.
My work has been featured in some of the world’s most beautiful wedding blogs and publications.
After closing up the design arm of my business I am now thrilled to focus on my low-ticket/high-value wedding business coaching services.
I am also a proud member of the board of advisers for IWESPA, Zambia’s first wedding association.

It was a sunny day in 2014 in Philadelphia and my (then) manufacturing partner and I had just come out of a meeting with a buyer. I had been showing her my new line of stationery gifts that I hoped she would add to the line I was already wholesaling with them.
“Why didn’t you advocate for your brand? You didn’t talk enough about your business and your talents!” my manufacturing partner said to me.
“I don’t want to look like a show-off,” I replied. I didn’t understand then how profound his words were.
I now know why I didn’t speak up for my talents and brand. I didn’t feel worthy. I didn’t feel I deserved success or truly belonged in that space. It took me a long time to find the courage to advocate for myself and my skills.
The cornerstone for change came when I realised that I am the only and best person to advocate for my brand. And, if not now, when?
I then set about creating a brand and solid business for myself. One that was unparalleled, heartfelt and that I deserved. I delved deep into why I do what I do and started to truly believe in my unique value proposition.
I was shocked at how much confidence the process gave me. It gave me pride and a feeling of validation that I had never felt in my business or myself.
My mission is for other wedding /creative business owners to feel the same confidence I did from building a viable, inspiring business. I want them to know that they are worthy of success and are fully capable of achieving it.
I want to help these talented creative entrepreneurs advocate for their businesses and essentially, themselves - with passion, pride and an unwavering sense of belonging.

Why am I so passionate about advocating for your creative brand? I am a:
INFJ-A Personality Type - The Advocate
Star Sign - Libra - The Scales / Justice
I have always been passionate about advocating for others. Growing up, and then in the workplace, I was always aware of the injustices people faced and had a strong desire to fight for what was right.
Even though I have always been shy, when it comes to others - I find it easy to advocate for them.
As an adult, this is still the same. In my coaching business, I use my experience to advocate for fellow creative business owners through education and specifically designed tools.
I help those who are incredible at what they do but are not getting the results or accolades they deserve. I put my heart and soul into every client I work with. I know how it feels to not have the confidence to speak up for your brand. I also know what a huge difference it made to my business when I dug deep and finally learned to advocate for my own brand.
You may not be the loudest in the room, but you have insane talent, you deserve to be noticed, lauded, and commercially successful.
I am an Assertive Advocate (INFJ-A), the rarest personality type in the 16 personalities. I am also a Libra sun, the sign of justice.

I am a self-taught artist and graphic designer turned wedding business coach based in the Nene Valley, England. I am passionate about art, design, and history. I live with my fun-spirited love, Dean, from Zimbabwe and my equally spirited five-year-old daughter.
Life has been somewhat of a rich tapestry for me. I was widowed suddenly at 32, which was a catastrophic shock and brought on a very long period of sadness. A while after, I visited my late husband's home city - Cape Town, South Africa. The trip brought me a small glimmer of hope. That city had a life-giving hum that cannot be explained - only felt.
Years later, a voice within told me I needed to make drastic changes in my life to ever find happiness again. I took a leap of faith and rented out my house in Northamptonshire, and moved to Wimbledon, London. I was scared and felt lonelier than ever, but my inner voice was right- and it paid off. Amazingly, I found love again with another wonderful, kind Southern African, Dean.
Throughout the highs and lows, I've always found strength in my intuition and in my business, Rosey & Co. This is a source of positive distraction and support when times are hard. It's why I'm passionate about advocating for creative women so they can pursue their dreams of running a business they love, on their terms too.
My experiences have bestowed me with resilience and empathy and the strength to carry on despite immeasurable grief and setbacks. These are my core values, and will always remain at the heart of Rosey & Co.
When not designing, I enjoy spending time with my family, out in nature or simply at home - homebody alert! I also love visiting antique fairs and museums and decorating our Victorian semi.

I thought that if I created beautiful things - the people would come. How wrong I was. After a few months of crickets waiting for my stampede of customers, and as the bills piled up, I realised that my days of selling were not over.
I was naive in the beginning and it stung to realise that no matter how good and unique my products were, they won’t sell unless I make it happen.
