With Love From Zambia Part 1: African Garden Wedding Inspiration.
For this editorial, I knew I wanted to create something that would embrace the colours and romance of this incredible waterside wedding- set on none other than the great Zambezi River.
A small glassine envelope with flower petals centred onto the couples save the date added intrigue to the floral delights. An elegant font thoughtfully arranged around the petals gave their guests a hint of what was to come.
The stationery suite was printed onto watercolour paper for texture with a modern font to complement the unique wildflower arch. Lilac silky envelopes hinted towards the pops of purple in the aisle flowers and the shimmery water beyond. A Kingfisher antique illustration card served as a memento for their guests.
Mis-shapen wax seals adorned the invitation and the response card, reminiscent of the imperfectness of nature. To finish the suite I added chiffon pink ribbons for a final touch of romance and texture.
